• How can I book?

    You can book by using the online booking form of this web site, or by sending us an e-mail. The details needed for booking are: your name, the number of persons staying in the Villa (number of adults + number of children), your postal address and a cell phone number.

  • Is my booking automatically confirmed?

    Your booking is confirmed by returned e-mail from us. This will be within 24 hours.

  • Can I make a provisional booking?

    Yes. Please send us an e-mail with the name of the property you would like to stay and the period required. We can hold the period for 48 hours without any obligation to enable you to fix your travel arrangements. After 48 hours, if we have not a respond, your provisional booking will be automatically cancelled.


  • How can I cancel my booking?

    Cancellation must be in writing. Please send us an e-mail.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    For Cancellations until the 60th day prior to the rental beginning: forfeit of deposit (25%). For Cancellations between the 59th and the first day of rental beginning, there is no refund. We strongly recommend that you purchase an adequate travel insurance.


  • What is the earliest check-in time?

    Generally, earliest check-in time is 15:00 hrs. This is essential in consideration of cleaning and preparing the property for you. In case there are no other guests leaving the property on your check-in day, earlier check-in is possible. However, this cannot be confirmed earlier than 7 days prior to your check-in date.

  • How do I collect the keys?

    On your arrival, the owners of the property will be there and waiting for you. They will give you the keys and show you everything you need to know about your accommodation. In order to ensure an efficient hand-over of the keys, please inform us about your estimated check-in time.

  • What is the latest check-out-time?

    Generally, latest check-out time is 10:00 hrs. This is essential in consideration of cleaning and preparing the property for the next guests. In case there are no other guests arriving in the property on your check-out day, a later check-out is possible. However, this cannot be confirmed earlier than 7 days prior to your check-out date.


  • Are a cot and a high chair for my baby provided?

    In all properties, a baby cot and a high chair are provided. Please inform us before your arrival that you travel with a baby, so we can ensure that a baby cot and a high chair will be ready for you.


  • What if I am not sure about the property I would like to book?

    Just get in touch with us by phone or via e-mail. We know personally all properties, so are able to give reliable and helpful answers regarding the property, its equipment, distances and the area. We respond to queries within 24 hours at the latest, mostly much earlier.

  • What if I need help during my stay on the island?

  • What are the payments terms?

    In order to guarantee your booking, a reservation deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. A reservation cannot be confirmed until a deposit payment of 25% has been paid.

  • How can I pay?

    Payments can be made either via bank transfer or via PayPal (not via Credit Card). These are secure payment methods as we do not have sight into your account details or credit card details.


  • Are pets allowed in my property?

    In some properties, little pets are welcome. Please enquire BEFORE make a booking!


  • Are pool/beach towels in my property available?

    Pool/beach towels are in all properties with pools available. They are not provided in houses / apartments without pool.


  • How do I get the full address of my property?

    The full address of your property is shown in the document „Route Directions”. Please kindly note, that in Kefalonia and outside the towns, there are no street names and house numbers. The address of the properties usually consists of the region name, the next bigger village/town and the postcode.

  • How do I drive to my property?

    We will send you full Route Directions from the airport and all ports of Kefalonia to your property.

  • When and How do I get the Route Directions?

    We will e-mail you full route directions once reservation deposit is paid and your booking is confirmed

  • How do I collect the keys for my property?

    On your arrival, the owners of the property will be there and waiting for you. They will give you the keys and show you everything you need to know about your accommodation. Therefore, is essential to know your estimated arrival time on the island and estimated arrival time at your property. Please inform us on time.


  • What is included in the rates?

    Rates include VAT, all local taxes and services shown below the prices of every property. There are no additional costs.

  • Can I get a quote in another currency?

    As we operate with euro only, we are unfortunately not able to give you a quote in another currency.


  • Can I change my booking?

    Wherever possible, you can change the date of your booking, the rental period and the number of persons without any charge. If you want to change the property, cancellation fees will may accordingly for the deserted property.


  • Do I have to pay a security Deposit?

    For some properties a security deposit is required. Information on the security deposit required is given in the description of each property (right side). The security deposit is payable on your check-in day either cash or via Credit Card. It is fully refundable on your check-out day, provided there is no damage done on the property and its contents.


  • Are there any supermarkets on the way from the airport to the Villa?

    If you would like to make some first provisions on your way from the airport to your Villa, you can do this in "Lassi": the first village you will meet after the airport (approx. 10km), on the main road to Agia Efimia and Sami (after the Hotels "White Rocks" and "Princess"). In Lassi there are a couple of super markets (left and right side of the main road), open mostly until 10 pm. In Agia Efimia and Sami there are a couple of super markets, bakeries, butcher´s shops etc. In high season (late June until mid of September) the most of the shops are open daily, non-stop, until 10:00 pm. During the low season-months they are closed on Sundays, public holidays as well as during the midday (2:30 - 5:30 pm).


  • Is Smoking in my property allowed?

    In all properties, smoking in the rooms is prohibited. If you are a smoker, you are kindly requested to smoke outside of the house, not in the rooms. This is essential in consideration of non-smokers.


  • Can I book a taxi transfer from the airport to my property and back to the airport?

    We will be happy to arrange a taxi transfer for you. We cooperate with local English speaking and reliable taxi drivers, who know the exact location of the houses.

  • What does a taxi transfer cost?

    The taxi cost from the airport to the regions of Agia Efimia and Sami is 50-55 euro per taxi (= max. 4 people), per way. For other distances, please enquire. There is no additional cost for organising the service of a taxi transfer and there is no charge for picking you up from the airport. The cost is payable directly to the taxi driver in cash.

  • How do I book a taxi transfer?

    Please send us an E-Mail with your flight details: flight number, arrival and departure time.


  • Is there a wi-fi internet access in my property?

    A free wi-fi internet is provided in all our properties. You will get the password on your arrival.
